It was great from the start. Our Samsung fridge ice maker always freezes so I bought this instead of going to the store every other day because I like my ice in my cocktails full. It was great up until 3 weeks ago and then it didn’t work properly. I tried to take it apart but you need an Aerospace engineering degree. I’m sure it’s a clogged hose or something simple. After putting the screws back in it worked for 2 drop sessions then it was done. So to be fair, we used this machine all day and late into the night EVERY DAY for almost a year and it was amazing. Never let us down. So paying 100$ and it lasting almost a year VS 2$ a bag and going to the store every other day or asking friends to stop on their way was definitely worth every cent. If I can’t get it fixed I’ll buy it again!
