I have been looking for a way to make a large amount of cold brew coffee for a while. Had a single-serve maker, but having to wait 24 hours for 1 serving was useless. The OXO BREW Cold Brew Coffee Maker is a great, easy-to-use appliance. Now I can make 6 to 12 servings at a time, storing the leftovers in the fridge. It also saves you money, because at the 3.50 to 4.50 per serving cost at Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks, the 40 bucks I saved having to buy each drink individually allowed me to buy 3 lbs of replacement coffee which saves me even more $. Works just as well for loose-packed tea as well, as I can make cold brew Morrocan Mint ice tea when I want a less caffeinated drink. And it’s easy to clean using dish soap and warm water.

I made a cold brew by soaking coffee grounds for 24 hours, then straining them. Wanted something easier so bought this cold brew machine. Chose this one mainly because of the brand and it made 7 cups of brew in under an hour. After cleaning machine parts I immediately made up a batch. For a full 7 cups of cold brew, I did as instructed by video and put in 13 scoops of coffee grounds which measured out as a cup of coffee grounds.
