I love it, and we have used it EVERY day since it arrived. One thing to note is that it does not have a freezing/refrigeration type of cooling to keep the ice frozen. It will and does melt back into the icemaking process. We don’t really care because it’s in a constant rotation of making ice and don’t consider it any kind of deal breaker. It would greatly increase the cost, I’m sure. Along with the size and probably the electricity it would use. I could definitely see this as an RV must have, or even on a boat.

My first try making ice cream it failed miserably. I packed it up and was ready to ship it back. It never froze. My husband said try again. I put the base back to freeze. Made a second batch. Eh it sorta froze. Put it back to freeze. Third time I tried it worked so well it was done in 5 min!!! So, to summarize when you get it let it freeze for a few days first. Second make sure triple sure your ingredients are super cold but liquid when you add them in. I also froze my fruits to add as it was mixing. That was the trick! I’m keeping mine and saying the first two tries were user error.
